Paleo Carb Craver's Apple Delight

My friend and complete and total badass Crossfitter, Runner, and screen actress , Allison Morgan Smith introduced me to the coolest recipe earlier! If you have a sweet tooth and crave carbs, give this healthy snack a try!
Ingredients: Diced Honeycrisp apples, coconut oil, cinnamon, and pinch of sea salt. 
Melt the coconut oil, put apples in ziploc, add oil and cinnamon. Shake until fully coated, place in oven. Add salt after cooked, stir again. The salt is strictly to accent flavor so don't add much. 
Baked@375° for 20mins. One of my favorites!!


I can't wait to try this for myself!
